Mill Creek Log Homes has never built the same home twice. Each project we build is customized based on the owner’s needs, desires and specifications.

You can start with a Mill Creek Log Home plan or bring in a plan (or several) of your own.

During our discussions, we will cover things like room layouts and furniture placement ... details like how much counter-space do you want in the kitchen ... and whether you want one or two sinks in the master bath.

We will also discuss exterior appearance, “Do you like soaring roof lines, and king trusses over a grand entry? Do you want a wrap-around porch?”

Please bring your ideas, the pictures, clippings or the sketches you’ve been saving – the master bath layout from one plan, the kitchen arrangement from another, the window configuration from a different one. We will take all your ideas and incorporate them into a home design – just for you.

At Mill Creek Log Homes, we eliminate unpleasant surprises that may occur during construction, by including the important, but often unmentioned subjects of lot restrictions, zoning requirements, and of course – the cost, during the design phase of your project.

We know budgets are important – and compromises are sometimes necessary to maintain them. There are some areas though, where there is no room for compromise. We’ll discuss those with you, too.

When we are done, you will have a unique home plan that not only meets your needs, and fulfills your desires, but also fits your budget and bears your name. With your customized plan firmly in hand, we will then construct your home with the same attention to detail and style that went into its design.
